Are these real AI agents or a recording?
Real. When you type in the demo, a live AI agent reads your message and works on a sample business. Only the business is pretend – nothing real is booked, sent or stored.
Will it make things up?
It answers only from your information. If it doesn't know, it says so and offers to pass the question on – and that question shows up on your dashboard, so you can add the answer once and fix it for good.
What does it cost to run each month?
Each team member shows a typical monthly running cost on its price card – usually a few pounds to tens of pounds for a small business. Licences include running costs up to a limit. If you buy it, you pay the providers directly, at cost.
Can customers talk to it, not just type?
Yes, as an optional upgrade. Every team member works by text chat as standard. Add voice and customers can talk to it in their browser – try Marina's voice in the live demo. Voice has higher running costs, so it's quoted separately. It uses the same brain, so answers and bookings are the same whether people type or talk.
Am I locked in?
No. Licences are monthly and you can cancel any time. If you buy it, it's yours to keep running on your own accounts. After the first year, updates and support are an optional yearly care plan.
Do I need a developer?
No. Standard set-up is included: I'll set it up and take it live with you, and quote for any bigger custom connections. If you have a developer, they can set it up from the documentation.
What kinds of business is it for?
Any business with customers who ask questions, book, or buy: restaurants, pubs, hotels, salons, clinics, trades, shops, offices and multi-site groups. The demos use a sample pub because everyone knows how one works.
Does it get smarter over time?
Yes, with your approval. Every question your assistants couldn't answer is saved, with personal details removed, and repeats are grouped so the most-asked rise to the top. Rock drafts a suggested answer from your own documents. You tap Approve, or edit it first, and from then on every assistant on your site knows it. Nothing is used until you've approved it, and you get a short email when there's something to review.
